Therapy starts with a one time 90-minute intake session. We’ll review what’s bringing you in, your history, your desire for change and create direction for next steps. Required for first time clients.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety and relationship issues with particular attention to spiritual or religious harm when it is present.
Individual Counseling (150)
Individual therapy to support your journey towards healing, integration and wholeness.
Rate: $150 for a 50-minute session
Insurance acceptance is limited and will be updated as availability changes.
Couples Counseling (175)
Couples counseling for partners trying to find health and happiness in their relationship.
Rate: $175 for a 50-minute session (in-person only)
Couples counseling is offered on a private-pay basis.
Saturday Appointments
Saturday appointments are limited and offered on a private-pay basis.
