Anxiety or depression may be pulling you away from the life you want to enjoy. Past wounds can quietly shape how you relate—to yourself and to others—showing up as shame, anger, or fear. You might long for closeness in your relationships, yet find yourself repeatedly getting hurt. At times, you may struggle to feel grounded in who you are or to feel a true sense of belonging. Change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. In my work, I approach therapy with deep respect for each person’s dignity and lived experience, regardless of background.

My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns, with particular attention to spiritual or religious harm when it is present.

I help clients find their footing, build more fulfilling relationships, and live with greater confidence and joy. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience. Chaya Care is named after my mother, Chaya, whose life has been deeply impacted by mental illness (schizophrenia) since my childhood. Growing up alongside this reality shaped my perspective on mental health and informed a lasting commitment to compassionate care.

I know therapy can feel intimidating and carry stigma. My approach is highly collaborative, grounded in science, and centered on care. I aim to offer a space where you can heal, grow, and become more fully yourself. Taking the next step can be hard—but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change.
