Therapy is confidential and protected under HIPAA. There are limited legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality, which will be outlined in the Disclosure Form. If you choose to use insurance, your insurance provider may have access to certain information required for billing and coverage.

Yes, I accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health. If I am not able to accept your insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
